2004: Led the Ningbo University Chorus to win the First Prize (Rank 1) in the Choral Competition of the 4th Student Art Festival hosted by Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education; awarded the title of Excellent Instructor.
2006: Presided over the project Construction and Practice of Interactive System for Large, Medium and Small Classes in Vocal Music Courses, which won the Second Prize of Ningbo Art Education Achievements.
2007 & 2008: Guided the chorus to win Gold Awards in the Choral Competition of Ningbo University Students' Art Festival for two consecutive years.
2008: Received the title of Advanced Individual in Art Education of the 5th "Chenfeng Award" of Ningbo City.
2010: Led the team to win the First Prize in the 4th Municipal University Students' Choral Competition; awarded the Excellent Instructor Award for Outstanding Student Associations of Zhejiang Universities.
2011: Won the Second Prize for Teaching Innovation in Ningbo University's Excellent Courses; received the First Prize (Rank 1) in Classroom Teaching of Ningbo University.
2011 & 2012: Guided students to win Gold Awards in the Choral Competition of Zhejiang Provincial College Students' Art Exhibition for two consecutive editions.
May 2013: The student performance of Ma Deng Yao (Ballad of Horse Lanterns) directed by her was featured in the national college students' art show "Flowers in May – Our Chinese Dream" on CCTV.
August 2014: Led the chorus to win the Gold Award in the Choral Category (Higher General Institutions) of the Singapore International Chinese Arts Festival.
2015: Awarded the title of "Most Beautiful Mentor" of Ningbo University; appointed as Permanent Conductor of Ningbo Chorus.
July 2016: Led Ningbo Chorus to win the Gold Award at the 13th China International Chorus Festival.
October 2016: Led Ningbo Chorus to win the First Prize (Rank 1) in the Adult Group of the 3rd Zhejiang Chorus Festival.
November 2016: Named one of the "Top 10 University Cultural Ambassadors" in the "Fengling" Exhibition Activity of Ningbo University Student Associations.
